THE PAR5C METERING MIXING & DISPENSING MACHINE
      


The PAR5C metering, mixing and dispensing machine incorporates in-line drive (ILD) dispensing to provide perfectly synchronized movement of both metering pumps regardless of viscosity or ratio differential.


Coupled with the latest in disposable static mixing technology, the PAR5C offers unrivalled power, accuracy and reliability in the processing of two part adhesives, sealants and casting materials.

Metering Pumps: Single acting positive displacement.

Ratio Range: 1:1 to 20:1

Viscosity Acceptance: Up to 500,000 cps

Shot Size: Up to 250ml at a ratio of 1:1

Continuous Cycle Output: In the region of 2 to 4 litres per minute (subject to material viscosity)

    

Mixing: Disposable Static or Rotary/Static

Reservoir Capacity: 16 litre or 30 litre

Controls: Air supply filter regulator and gauge, machine on/off, dispense pressure regulator and gauge, foot valve start and emergency stop

Services: Clean, dry compressed air @ 80 psi and 10 cfm
