METER MIX® Dispensing Equipment

The PAR 50 combines all technical features of the PAR 30 with the benefit of an easily portable framework, larger material reservoirs and, if requested, a higher flow rate. One major advantage of the PAR 50 dispensing equipment is the independent inverter driven motor control for each gear pump, instead of using the more common typical gear and toothed belt assembly. This feature enables the machine with very simple mixing ratio and shot size adjustment together with advanced PLC control during all kinds of applications. The PAR 50 is mostly used for manual applications, for example in the LED lighting or RIM industries where there is a need for accurate castings, but it can also be interfaced to fully or semi-automatic systems, such as Filament Winding, Pultrusion, Infusion and RTM light industry.
