Comprehensive customer services, from spares and consumables through to certification and training
METER MIX® Systems have always understood the importance of maintaining a fully functional, reliable machine that is operated within a production environment. To this end we have long pioneered new approaches within our industry and were the first to introduce structured preventative maintenance plans and extended warranties. All components and machines are carefully and extensively tested before delivery to the customer. The company’s experienced and fully trained technicians are available to commission the equipment at the customer’s site and provide full operative training. Once in production, our team of skilled and dedicated service engineers are available to provide preventative maintenance by means of service contracts or reactive support where required. If preferred, we also offer the option of the machine being shipped to our premises for this work to be carried out. Standard parts, service kits and consumable items such as static mixing nozzles are readily available from stock.
For our customers who operate their own in-house maintenance, METER MIX® Systems produce service kits for all major elements of the machines. These kits are supplied in blister packs along with the relevant detailed drawings and documentation to enable your engineer to carry out the work competently using all original parts. Consumable items such as disposable static mixers, tips and nozzles are all available from stock at competitive prices.
Demonstration and Trials
Our test and demonstration facility at the company headquarters is used to provide in-house machine demonstrations to prospective customers. We also offer demonstrations at the client's premises if this is more appropriate. The facility is also utilized for new machine pre-shipment testing with the customer as well as for material and application evaluation trials.
METER MIX® Systems operate dedicated training courses for both operator and maintenance personnel. The courses can be held at our headquarters or on the customer's premises. They are designed so as to provide a basic technical understanding of how the machine works, its functions and the major precision elements within the system so as to enable our customer's to undertake their own maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
METER MIX® Systems have a skilled staffing pool with many years of experience in metering, mixing and dispensing resin materials. Our expertise is at your disposal and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your specific requirements and offer advice as to the most suitable methods of application. Our impartial approach enables us to work closely with the material supplier of your choice, or if you are unsure as to which material will best suit your requirements, we can help point you in the right direction.
